THREE STAGES OF INITIATION

Passage of Truth is an initiatory path to your greatest potential.

We honor this journey through three stages:

Sight
Truth
Embodiment

This is the ceremony.

This is the passage.

SIGHT

Sight is the moment you recognize that something must change. It’s the pause, the step back from the life that has swallowed you whole. It is the first spark of awareness, the choice to stop looking away. Sight is when your vision sharpens and you finally admit: something has to shift.

TRUTH

Truth is recognizing the deeper calling rising within you. It is hearing the quiet honesty of your heart, what brings you alive, what feels authentic, and the gift only you are meant to share. Truth is the path of walking towards your purpose, fulfillment and the moment you fall securely into alignment.

EMBODIMENT

Embodiment is the integration of truth into action, the lived expression of who you are. It is where inner work becomes outer presence, where alignment steps out of concept and into reality. To embody your truth is to lead with clarity, move with integrity, and let your life reflect your deepest values. In embodiment, you become the structure that holds your vision. Your choices reveal your core. Your presence becomes your power.

Greetings, I am Alberto. If you have found yourself reading this, I welcome you.

The work I share is shaped by what has supported my own path: rites of passage, shadow work, ritual, grief work, inner child healing, relational healing, and the cultivation of a healthy, embodied masculine well-being.

At the heart of all of this is prayer, not as a concept, but as a relationship.

A steady way of listening to your higher truth
that brings clarity, strength, and direction.

This work is not theoretical.
It is lived.

I was raised in a world marked by trauma, addiction, and loss. Without the tools to process any of it, I turned toward destruction. Yet even in the darkest moments, a voice within kept whispering:

There must be another way.

After several near-death experiences, I finally chose to listen fully. That call led me into a decade of rebirth, a journey held by elders, ceremony, and powerful initiations that dismantled everything I thought I was and revealed who I was meant to become, aligning me with a deep truth within.

This path opened many doors, yet the commitment to embodying truth required devotion, to learn, to practice, and eventually to teach, share, and hold space for others.

Passage of Truth is the path that emerged from this remembering, a living map for those ready to step into their own initiation, reclaim their voice, their strength, and their direction.

Connection is acquired through our capacity to feel.

If you want to heal, feel. Allow yourself to be present. Allow yourself to experience.

Your body has been holding the memories within you that once felt too much to face in the moment. Those experiences were overwhelming, and it made sense to step away from them. They were met with survival rather than compassion.

Now, with awareness, you have the opportunity to return. To gently tend to those spaces with the utmost compassion. In doing so, a deep sense of relief and liberation can emerge.

Connection is not something we create. It’s something we rediscover by opening our eyes, opening our bodies, and allowing ourselves to reconnect with what has always been there.

With all the changes of the modern world, I feel a deep importance in keeping our hands in the soil, staying connected to what is true, and not letting go of our humanity.

This is where we can begin cultivating a dependable trust within ourselves and with life, rather than becoming victims of overstimulation.

Today I lived 37 years here on this earth, and with that I feel the deepest gratitude for this experience. Thank you, Great Spirit, for opening up this portal of life to be lived.

What an adventure, honoring every passage I have passed and all the lives I have lived these last 37 years.

The young child who had a hunger to be seen. That boy who rebelled, felt deeply, and was in search of a place to feel accepted. The one who would test any limit, pushing the edges of what could be felt.

The one who was resourceful, who would always survive, who would love his friends, who painted trains and freestyled in cyphers with an open heart.

The one who howled at the moon in the subtle mist of the Amazon. Who sat with the spirit in the face of darkness, who embraced the path of transformation, who sat and felt to the core. The one who traveled to those spaces where avoiding himself was not an option.

I honor every fear I have liberated that was carried. I pray for the strength, connection, and health to embrace, walk towards, and free all the ones I still carry.

I honor every step that was taken and honor the man I am today. What a blessing. Honoring all my relations.

So many of us treat awareness as the end point, when really, it’s just the foundation. Without the willingness to take action, we stay stuck in awareness, just observing, not transforming.

Growth happens when we take responsibility for the spaces within ourselves that are ready to evolve. It’s about doing the work, taking action, finding support, and doing it all with compassion.

For years, I lived in the deep end of darkness.
I romanticized the pain.

Sad music, late nights, chaos, somehow it all felt poetic.

I made an identity out of suffering, until one day I woke up completely broken.

Then came the other extreme
the spiritual path.

I went all in.

Addicted to the light, high on love, chasing bliss through sound baths, yoga classes, tantra retreats, and for a while, it worked.

I found peace

But eventually, I had to laugh at it all. Because even the light can blind you if you stare too long.

Both sides taught me something.

The darkness gave me depth.
The light gave me clarity.

But now, I’m done living on the extreme of one or another.

I’m walking in balance.

Letting Spirit lead, staying grounded in my humanity.
Being okay when things are not okay. Resting fully when they are.

This is what it means to live real, to walk between worlds with your heart intact.

To not get lost in the dark or swallowed by the light.

Because the real balance?

It’s not in perfection.
It’s in authenticity.

Its being anchored in the truth of your own unique expression, in alignment with your values and highest truth 🙏🏼💚

What I was avoiding was facing the shadows and the masks that had long guarded my truth.

I’m honestly tired of all these self proclaimed light warriors saying they’re here to be “in service”, but the moment darkness shows up, they flinch. You can feel it the discomfort, the avoidance, the subtle urge to spiritually bypass what’s real.

Let’s be real: deep pain doesn’t just vanish because you throw a few positive affirmations at it.

You can’t love and light your way through trauma. Pain needs to be met all of it. The rage, the grief, the numbness. Being in true service means being able to hold space for what comes up without judgment, without needing to fix it, and without running from it.

Sometimes, real service looks like tending to the basics just being with what’s here. Creating enough stability in someone’s world so they can breathe again. So they can maybe, for the first time in a while, feel safe enough to even look at their pain or their day in a different light 💡

This has become my mantra, a daily practice of returning to the heart, taking aligned action, and grounding deeply into trust.

It means being present with what is actually showing up, and attuned to the direction I am being given not getting swept up in the chaos of a Plan B, or tempted by the path of giving up.

It means trusting and paying close attention.
Staying anchored. Staying focused.
Remaining clear, open, and available, for what is true, what is needed, and what is next 🔥

Abuela

I can recall the moment I gave up, when my trust was broken. The woman responsible for raising me was my grandmother.

During the turmoil of loss, she was my anchor, the one where my nervous system could rest. She was my everything.

At the time of her illness, I was in sixth grade. I stayed with her in the hospital every day, from when they opened the doors until they shut the place down.

This is one thing I have always honored myself deeply for, that I was there with her, for her, until the end.

When she passed, I held her. In that moment, I felt the deepest level of comfort, embraced by pure spirit. It was comforting, yet bittersweet, knowing deep down it would be the last time for a while.

When that moment was over, I would go through so many years of suffering, too scared to trust, to feel, to be seen, too reserved to truly love again..

I have struggled to find safety through most of my life. The fear of being left outside of the tribe and being alone is deeply engraved in me. I have felt the loss of those I knew as caregivers, the ones I surrendered to completely when I was an infant with no capability but to receive.

I see the parallel through the journey of my spirit over the last eight years, a deep yearning beyond the physical, a longing to reconnect with God, where peace exists, where there is quiet, rest, and security melted into the core of your expression.

The guiding map has been this: the very hardships and losses that created this wound also became the doorway to transformation. The absence of safety became the reason to seek it. The loss of caregivers became the catalyst to find the ultimate caregiver within. Through the pain, I uncovered the path home 🏡💚

Day 4

The Father

The guiding force of safety.
The warm blanket of pure presence.
The security felt through the cosmos.

In this human life, what remains true is that we all come from a father.

With this, I open myself to my male lineage, honoring the life of my own.

He was born to a fourteen-year-old girl who was told she could not keep her baby.
She was instructed that her mother would raise him, and that from that moment on, she would only call him brother.

The young boy who conceived my father was told to stay away.
It’s said he watched my dad grow up from a distance, calling him “the boy.”

This was the foundation, the lie and secrecy of my father’s arrival.

That he was not to be claimed by his mother or father.
That it was unsafe to be honest.

The pain of this lived within him for all of his life.
He loved music and good times but carried a pattern of self-destruction.

I’ve heard he called himself a trash can, taking anything around without thinking of the consequences.

My father was full of sadness, anger, and unprocessed trauma.

For much of my life, I mirrored that reflection.

Drugs. Sadness. Rage. Violence.
A boy chasing the footsteps of his father.

The breaking point came when I had to claim his body after his soul had left.

Through it all, I know the gravity of how big his heart was, how he always did the best he could with what he had.

I deeply honor him.
He showed me the way back.
He opened the door for cycles to be broken in this lifetime, sacrificing his life to show me the way towards the light, giving me the sight to see in the dark.

For this, I am honored to become the creator of safety
and finally see the reflection of safety looking back at me.

Feel him in your heart.

Honor him for giving you life, in whichever way he showed up, he did what he could with what he had.

This was my second love.

Day 3

They say an infant’s heartbeat can sync with the mother’s.

Beyond this, it is the first heartbeat that is shared, sensed, and felt, the rhythm of the universe, a drum to navigate the flow of a newly incarnated life.

So with that said, I thought this would be the first place to begin, with my first guide, my first love, my mother.

From what I’ve been able to learn, my mother was very young when her story began in pain. Displaced, abandoned, and passed through foster families where she faced a tornado of abuse.

By the time she met my father, she already had four children and had lived a life that seemed to belong to someone much older, not a woman in her early thirties.

The pain and love between us, I believe, were intertwined, a co regulation of spirit and survival. Those first nine months of me within her womb must have been a shared symphony of both sorrow and strength.

About a year after I was born, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. The same breast that had been a channel of life for me and my sister became the same channel of her passing. I was just about two years old when she left this world.

The only clear memory I have of her is a moment with my little sister, sneaking into the refrigerator to steal marshmallows, convinced they were the medicine that could cure her.

The memories are scarce, but the feelings are strong. At one point in time, I felt completely connected on this Earth, when our heartbeats were one. Now, at this age, I can finally pause and tune in to that familiar rhythm, the one that feels grounding and safe, the one that belongs to spirit, the one of the sacred mother.

On this day, I honor the life of my mother. I honor all mothers. I share what has been felt by me, my first encounter with love.

I’m at my breaking point with the “spiritual” community.

I’m disgusted by the new wave spiritual community, the renaissance of divine light festivals, white clothed breathwork, neo-tantric ketamine shamans, and the backlit, angelic, sensual, light code-activating sound bowl priestesses.

It’s not truth. It’s performance.

As someone who has experienced profound depth, hardship, and the undeniable rawness and pain of life, I don’t just seek truth beyond the veil, I seek REAL PEOPLE sharing from the heart about where they’re coming from and what they’ve learned along the way.

I’m tired of people presenting themselves as “awakened ones” and “channels” while their skeletons, unintegrated shadows, and emptiness leak through the glazed confusion in their eyes.

So here’s what’s next:

I’m choosing authenticity over perfection. I’m choosing alignment with my true passion, which is service, but I won’t follow all the rules. I won’t pretend to be perfect. I’ll make mistakes, and I’ll be just as honest about losses as I celebrate my wins.

We often fear the emotions rising within us. This fear is rooted in past pain, moments of trauma that felt too heavy to hold. In response, we build walls, protecting ourselves from those depths.

But emotions, like all energy, don’t simply vanish. Suppressed feelings create pressure beneath the surface, waiting for release. When ignored, they often erupt in ways that feel chaotic or unbalanced.

The key to healing lies in holding space for what needs to be felt. By anchoring ourselves in the steady, grounded energy of the masculine pole, we create a loving, safe container. In this stillness, the feminine within us, our emotions, thoughts, and feelings, can flow freely without judgment.

Healing begins when we stop resisting and start allowing. Presence. Patience. Love.
